
Elisheva Assaf, MS, OTR, is an occupational therapist at the Thrive Group. Elisheva enjoys helping her clients achieve personal and academic success by maximizing their unique capabilities and unleashing hidden potential. She has experience working in school-based occupational therapy and early intervention.
Elisheva initially began pursuing her Masters degree in special education but was inspired by the OT vision of empowering the individual to live life to its fullest. Her positive and encouraging manner helps give children the confidence necessary to explore their surroundings, try new things and interact more with others.
Elisheva graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Science from Stern College and later received a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Kean University. Elisheva has been an OT for 8 years and has extensive education in praxis and functional core strengthening. Elisheva received training in Health Kinesiology, Reflex Integration, Rhythmic Movement and the Handwriting Without Tears program.
