It took a little over a week to get into a good rhythm of doing the exercises, that we learnt from the toolkit on Bloom. It is now a part of our daily routine, but it is SO worth it. Aside from the fact that we see very noticeable results already, it has become a time in the day that both Lauren and I look forward to. I always tried to make 1:1 time for her but this has pushed me to schedule it into a fixed time slot. It is worth the effort and adjustment for sure!
